FAQs

  • I am in network with many insurance providers. Depending on your policy, you may be responsible for a copay before each session. If you prefer to pay out of pocket, my session fee is $130-200 per session. Note: Most insurance companies do not accept couples counseling.

  • Our first appointment will be spent getting to know each other. I will talk to you about my policies, approach to treatment, and expectations for sessions. Then I will ask you questions to get to know more about your reasons for seeking treatment, your background, and your goals for our work together.

  • I do provide telehealth sessions. All sessions are held via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth service: Google Meet or Zoom.

  • I do not provide in-person therapy at this time. I can provide a referral for this service upon request.
